1. Non-Custom Orders
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
Standard products purchased from House2Home-US may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Items must not show signs of use, wear, or damage.

Orders for custom products or items specifically produced per a customer's request are not refundable and cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to, any item that has been altered, personalized, or made to order.
