2. Orders and Payment

2.1 Order Placement

All orders placed with House2Home-US are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

2.2 Custom Orders

Orders for custom products or items specifically produced per a customer's request are not refundable and cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to, any item that has been altered, personalized, or made to order.

2.3 Payment Terms

Payment for all orders must be made in full at the time of order placement. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and other approved methods.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Shipping

We strive to deliver products within the estimated delivery times; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

3.2 Delivery Acceptance

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the products for any damage or discrepancies. Any issues must be reported to House2Home-US within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Non-Custom Orders

For standard products, returns and refunds may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4.2 Custom Orders

As stated in Section 2.2, custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned. This policy is in place because custom products are specifically made to meet your unique requirements and cannot be resold.

5. Warranty and Liability

5.1 Product Warranty

House2Home-US warrants that all products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, House2Home-US shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services.
