Shipping policy
We do our best to ship all orders, both domestic and international, within 48 hours after purchase date for standard shipping (weekends excluded). For expedited and priority shipping, orders will ship the following business day.
Please check to see that you have entered the correct address at checkout, we ship to the shipping address given at the time of checkout. Unfortunately we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
Reshipping due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customers expense, please contact us if this is the case.
We do not issue refunds on lost packages, please contact us with any issues as we handle this on a case by case basis.
